I was born in Lisbon, Portugal, and since young I loved to made bread with my grandmother. So I decided to study pastry for few years and doing internships in bakeries, fine dining restaurants and five stars hotels.
I applied for one of the best schools of Portugal, located in Lisbon, where I got the Lausanne certificate [one of the best Hospitality’s School in the world] of kitchen and pastry techniques.
Since my Knowledge journey I passed in different places of the world as Portugal, France and England.
I counting for 14 years experience in pastry and 8 years as cake designer, so I decided to start my own business at March of 2022 where The Artist Cake was launched.
Today I currently based between London and Essex but I being requested for personalised cakes from world wide.
