I started of as a hobby baker making a handbag cake for a friend’s birthday, which is a shocking cake when I look back at the photos. However I now have 11 years’ experience creating bespoke commissions for all occasions including wedding cakes. I make cupcakes, large cakes which can be dairy and gluten free. I have a keen eye for detail which is shown in my work and take care in every cake I make no matter how big or small.
