SbN also offers further accommodation in the10 eco-friendly Apple Tree Lodge apartments.
Time to celebrate
SbN's largest and most spectacular banqueting room, the Devora Suite, benefits from panoramic golf course and lake views from both inside the hotel and from the private outdoor terrace. Ideal for larger celebrations, the Devora Suite can accommodate up to 220 guests for a wedding breakfast and an additional 80 evening guests. The Devora Terrace can also be used for an outdoor ceremony with up to 100 guests.
Primarily used to host civil ceremonies, the Constable Rooms consists of two flexible interconnecting rooms – the Haywain and the Dedham – which offer panoramic views of the beautiful Dedham Vale from the exclusive outdoor terrace. They can be hired individually for an intimate celebration with 20 guests or used for larger ceremonies for up to 200 guests. For your wedding breakfast, the Constable Rooms can accommodate 70 guests, plus additional evening guests up to a maximum of 150.
In the summer months, happy couples can enjoy an outdoor festival feel for their special day on our exclusive, secluded Tipi site which enjoys an idyllic hilltop, wooded location with wildflower meadow and breathtaking views overlooking two lakes – just five minutes from the hotel. The tipis can accommodate up to 100 day guests plus an additional 50 evening guests.
