The perfect get away, located in a tree lined lane just outside Stock, one of the prettiest and most vibrant villages in Essex, The Little Pear Tree studio is a great new Airbnb property that's already welcoming guests as far flung as the Lake District and LA! It makes the ideal to visit the nearby countryside, pubs and restaurants as well as convenient if you're attending an event at one of the nearby venues including Greenwoods Hotel and Spa for a wedding or event.

The latest venture of local residents Michael Melleney, former owner of Melleney Estates, a successful estate agency based in Stock and his wife Liz, owner of Siting Pretty Bridal, event stylist and services, it's a clever garage conversion in the garden of their own property in Small Gains Lane, Stock, and includes everything you need for a bijou stay!

Little Pear Tree is open plan accommodation with a combined bedroom, lounge area and kitchenette plus an en-suite shower room with large 'walk-in' shower, WC and wash hand basin.

As well as a king size double bed there's a comfortable pull-out sofa bed, which means it can accommodate up to four adults in the same open-plan living space or two adults and two children for family stays. There is a handy travel cot for a couples with a baby.

Decorated in calming beige and olive tones with sumptuous soft furnishings and wood flooring, it looks out on to a patio that can be used by guests during their visit to enjoy a coffee or glass of wine on a sunny day!. The property has air-conditioning, providing both cool and warm air, so suitable for use year-round.

Compact and comfortable for casual dining, the kitchenette has a ceramic sink, large fridge (with small, incorporated freezer section for all important ice), a combination microwave oven and grill and a portable single electric hob. There is no cooker but with so many excellent eateries including the popular Dandelion & Burdock bistro and café within a few minutes' drive or slightly longer walk away, why not take the opportunity to let someone else cater during your stay!

The kitchenette does have a good size a table and four dining chairs as well as a kettle, toaster, coffee machine, iron with ironing board and all the crockery, cutlery and glassware guests are supplied as well as tea towels to use throughout your stay.
